• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is require.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products that have been open or used.
• Items damage due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
• Clearance or discounted items (if specified as non-returnable).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Damaged or Defective Products
